Given it’s title and the time of year it’s coming out, you can be forgiven if you thought How to Survive a Plague was some horror movie ramping up to Halloween.
Instead, its a documentary about the grassroots efforts during the late 1980s to get the U.S. government to join the fight against AIDS. The film debuted at Sundance and is now making its way into theaters.
